Southern coach Terrence Graves said he has spoken to athletic director Roman Banks since the team’s 24-3 Saturday homecoming loss against Prairie View.
“We've talked. We've always had conversations every week,” the second-year coach said on Monday during the Southwestern Athletic Conference coaches virtual media availability. “And as I said, as of right now, I’m the head football coach at Southern. Business as usual. You know, I'm doing a conference call. When I get off of here, I'm headed to do the coaches' show, we'll have meetings tonight and we have practice tonight, like we do every Monday night. And so it's business as usual until something changes, then I'm going to still do what I do.”
