CLACKAMAS COUNTY, Ore. (KPTV) - One person died and two others were hurt in a crash on Highway 224 on Saturday morning, according to Oregon State Police.

Just after 11:30 a.m., emergency crews responded to a crash on Highway 224, near milepost 15, in Clackamas County.

OSP says an investigation showed a Toyota Corolla turned eastbound onto the highway from SE Amisigger Road and was hit by a westbound Dodge Ram 2500.

The driver of the Toyota, 51-year-old Candida Rodriguez, of Gresham, died at the scene. Two passengers in the Toyota were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.

OSP says the driver of the Dodge was not hurt.

Traffic on Highway 224 was impacted for about four hours during the crash investigation.

No other details were released.
