Colombia's foreign ministry says it has recalled its ambassador from the U.S.   This comes after Colombian President Gustavo Petro accused the U.S. of murdering a Colombian fisherman after President Trump ordered a military strike on boats in the Caribbean. The U.S. alleges the boats were carrying narcotics.
