KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — A disabled Knoxville man has waited months for maintenance to complete work inside his apartment that started months ago.

Arthur Howard said the unfinished work inside his apartment could likely have been completed within a day or two, but it's taken nearly four months, for management to finally arrange to send someone to finish the work. The ceiling is bare inside his bathroom where a new walk in shower was installed, and his old air conditioning unit was disconnected but never removed.
