BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) -- The Iberville Parish Sheriff's Office is investigating three inmate deaths.

Names of the Elayn Hunt Correctional Center inmates were not released. A spokesperson for the sheriff's office confirmed the following information Monday. • A 45-year-old male inmate died on Sept. 26. • A 22-year-old male inmate died on Oct. 15. • A 65-year-old male inmate died on Oct. 17.

According to IPSO, the bodies were sent for autopsies, and toxicology results are pending.
