The News On 6 weather team is preparing for a major change this fall. While no one is leaving, a few familiar faces are shifting schedules and gaining some much-deserved rest in the process.

Meteorologist Alan will join Chief Meteorologist Travis in the evenings, beginning Monday, Nov. 3. Alan will continue helping with afternoon and evening coverage, tracking severe weather, and contributing to the station’s in-depth forecasts.

After nearly two decades of early mornings, Alan said he’s looking forward to finally turning off his 2 a.m. alarm.

"20 years of doing this up at 1:00… coming in early for severe weather," he said.

Stacia Returns to Six in the Morning
