Jeffries takes on GOP and ‘Republican healthcare crisis’

Three weeks in, Congress is still at a standstill over spending and an end to the government shutdown. Last week, House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries said Republicans have shown little seriousness in negotiating an end to the shutdown. Rep. Jeffries (D-NY) spoke to reporters as the shutdown continued for another week.
