Sunday’s Broncos comeback against the Giants surely traumatized Big Blue fans everywhere and gave Denver fans a jolt of joy not experienced since John Elway’s Super Bowl triumphs.

That game exemplified, in large part, why so many people are so passionate about football. But beyond the result on the field, the result on your smart screen also delivered that same dopamine rush. Because the game was a fantasy bonanza.

Most significantly, it featured the top two fantasy QBs of the week, heading into Monday’s game. It didn’t matter what color your real-world pompoms are, your internal fantasy cheerleader was leading a parade of cheers down the stretch of that game. Gimme some P-O-I-N-T-S, Points! Points! Points! (Time for a high kick, some spirit fingers and an enthusiastic “Woo, let’s go!”
