Georgia authorities prevented a mass shooting in one of the world’s busiest airport on Monday morning after a man’s family told cops that their rifle-wielding relative was headed to the airport to “shoot it up.” Family members of Billy Joe Cagle, 49, alerted the Cartersville Police Department that their relative livestreamed on social media that he was headed to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport to “shoot it up,” Atlanta Police Department chief Darin Schierbaum said at a Monday press conference.
