George Springer helped the Blue Jays fly back to the World Series for the first time in more than 30 years.

The Blue Jays designated hitter sent a 1-0 pitch from Mariners pitcher Eduard Bazardo into the centerfield stands for a three-run home run in the bottom of the seventh to erase a two-run deficit in what would end up being the game-winning hit in a 4-3 victory for Toronto in ALCS Game 7 at Rogers Centre on Monday night.
