ECMC, UB land state funds for new project. University calls it 'turning point for health care'

Erie County Medical Center and the University at Buffalo have landed a major state investment that could improve patient care on the city’s East Side, enhance collaboration between health care organizations and strengthen the city’s primary care workforce.

Kaleida Health will "make critical infrastructure upgrades" at Olean General Hospital and Bertrand Chaffee Hospital. That's on top of Kaleida partnering with Brooks-TLC to build a new hospital in Fredonia.
