New Delhi, Oct 21 An incident at Thanjavur Junction highlighted the importance of upgraded passenger amenities, especially for elderly travelers. Two senior citizens, aged 71 and 87, were scheduled to board Train No. 16751 at a late hour.
They booked a retiring room at the station, provided by IRCTC and “Fresh Up.” The room offered a spacious, air-conditioned room, clean towels, and a secure, quiet environment.
