Tributes have been paid to a 'kind, loving' 16-year-old boy following his tragic death in Heywood .

Emergency services were called to a house on Lewis Drive on Wednesday (October 15) following 'reports of a concern for welfare'.

Police and paramedics attended at around 3.30pm, according to witnesses.

An air ambulance then landed on playing fields nearby around 15 minutes later.

The boy was treated at the scene and then taken to hospital, but he sadly lost his life.

He has now been named as Harvey Greenhalgh, with a Go Fund Me page set up by his cousin to help his family with costs of his funeral. View 3 Images
