There’s an old saying in sports, “We win as a team. We lose as a team.”

That means when a team isn’t doing well, nobody points fingers. From the top of the organization on down each person asks themselves what they can do better.

Let’s just say that in his quarter century of owning the New York Jets, this has never been a motto Woody Johnson has adhered to.

I have no idea why the people working for the Jets allow this guy to speak to the media unsupervised, but for some reason Woody was allowed to talk to the press today. And he was ready to point the finger at the quarterback.
