Braun Strowman recently addressed the public back-and-forth he had with Paul Heyman on social media, dismissing the exchange as Heyman being “sensitive” or simply missing his presence in WWE.

Speaking on TMZ Inside The Ring, Strowman was asked about the recent social media post where he jokingly referred to Heyman as “Oswald Cobblepot” (The Penguin). Strowman claimed that he did not instigate the feud. “I gotta stop you right there. I just keep getting this tweeting with Paul Heyman. I never even talked about Paul or acknowledged Paul. I don’t know why he got so upset and came at me, especially because he gets to see my face every commercial break on SmackDown”.

He elaborated, joking that Heyman may be having a hard time without him in WWE. “I guess I have struck a nerve or something.
