SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. -- The city of Spokane Valley says all parks have officially been winterized. With that comes some changes the community should be aware of.

Drinking fountains and splash pads within the park are all turned off. Park restrooms are also closed.

Spokane Valley park hours are now 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. until April 14. Park facilities can be used on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reservations for park facilities will begin again on January 2.
