With the Toronto Blue Jays heading to the MLB World Series , the date of when the construction on the Gardiner Expressway will be completed might be up in the air.
Last week, the Star reported that all six lanes between Dufferin Street and Strachan Avenue could reopen as early as Oct. 27.
But that came with one caveat, according to Ontario Transportation Minister Prabmeet Sarkaria and Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow.
