ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A fatal fire on Twiller Street in Albany earlier this month has reportedly been deemed suspicious after an investigation by the Albany Police Department. Five people were killed in the incident.

The October 6 fire reportedly broke out on the first floor of 23 Twiller Street before spreading to the attic and neighboring homes. At least 45 firefighters responded to the scene.

All five people that were inside the home at the time were killed, including three children -- a 3-year-old girl, 4-year-old boy and 6-year-old boy -- as well as 52-year-old Erick DeCamp and 47-year-old Eric Peterson. Two of the child victims reportedly attended KIPP Tech Valley Primary School.
