Latest Filing Brings Total to 330 Accusers and Alleges the Hospital Ignored Warnings for Years

More than one hundred additional patients have joined the growing civil case against former Cedars-Sinai obstetrician-gynecologist Dr. Barry J. Brock, according to a lawsuit filed Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, as reported by KTLA News. The new filing, brought by Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Team LLP and The DiPietro Law Firm, represents 112 women who say Brock sexually assaulted, harassed, or violated them during pelvic exams, procedures, and medical visits.
