CHARLEVOIX — Charlevoix football coach Don Jess won’t let his players get a big head about themselves, not even in a now 8-0 season .

But he’s more than happy his Rayders have that look about them.

Maybe we’re getting a little ahead here. Instead, let’s head back to the start of 2025, before the season even began for Charlevoix.
