You’ll see plenty of Blue Jays memorabilia around town as the team prepares to host game one of the World Series Friday night.
They have a tough task ahead as the Los Angeles Dodgers breezed past the Milwaukee Brewers to represent the National League.
Andrew Corbett, the owner of Maverick Sports and Collectables, says Blue Jays merchandise has been a big seller the past few weeks.
The Montreal Expos are a big seller as are the Blue Jays, Yankees and Red Sox. Fans aren’t interested in much outside those teams, says Corbett.
He’s looking forward to the day that Montreal or Toronto gets to the Stanley Cup final, which would be a big hit.
