YPSILANTI – The Clinton Redwolves saw one of the best soccer seasons in school history come to a heartbreaking end on Tuesday, Oct. 21 as they fell to Plymouth Christian in the Division 4 region 5 semifinal, 6-0.
Clinton’s 19-win season comes to an end after the Redwolves secured its first Lenawee County Athletic Association (LCAA) conference championship since the 2022 season. This season’s MHSAA district title was also Clinton’s first district crown since the 2020 season.
Clinton will now say goodbye to seniors Eli Turner, Ian Bacha, Angel Rubio, and Jimmy Schaffner, however a very strong core will return next season.
Plymouth Christian Academy (16-2-3) moves on to face No. 7 Grosse Pointe Woods University Liggett (17-2-1) in the regional finals to be held 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23 at
