JOHNSTON, Iowa —

Musicians of any skill level are invited to join in free jam sessions every Thursday in Johnston.

Crown Point Community Center is hosting them from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. through Dec. 18.

Whether you’re an experienced musician or just love to play, city officials say it is a great opportunity to connect with others, share your talent, and enjoy making music together.

Participants are encouraged to bring their instruments, voices, or simply their enthusiasm to be part of a friendly and supportive musical experience.

All skill levels are welcome, providing an opportunity to unwind, play and enjoy great company.
