The Savannah Country Day athletic program will leave the Georgia High School Association and join the Georgia Independent Athletic Association at the end of the 2025-2026 school year, the school anncounced in a press release Wednesday.

SCD's Board of Trustees voted to approve the transition after more than 18 months of research, analysis, and community input focused, the release stated.
