KINGSTON, N.Y. — Police found a male with a gunshot wound inside a house following a two-month “extensive narcotics investigation” that ended with an arrest Tuesday on Emerson Street, city police said in a Facebook post Wednesday afternoon.

Members of the Kingston/Ulster Emergency Services Unit, Kingston police, Town of Ulster police, the city police executed the search warrant at about 4:10 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21.

The target of the investigation, Albert Miller, 23, of Kingston, was arrested without incident and sent to Ulster County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail, authorities said.

Miller was charged with the felonies of criminal sale of a controlled substance (two counts) and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
