GUTHRIE, Ky. – A Todd County man is facing multiple drug offenses following a traffic stop on Monday.
According to a uniform citation, authorities conducted a traffic stop Monday at 5 p.m., where 43-year-old Joseph O’Bryan of Guthrie was passenger.
Officials with the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force say Guthrie was asked to step out of the vehicle.
After a vehicle search, authorities say they located a set of digital scales, along with over 1 pound of suspected methamphetamine.
The citation states O’Bryan told officials he had received the items in the mail and had transferred some of the methamphetamine to another individual.
O’Bryan further stated he had intended to take the substance to Clarksville, Tennessee to sell it, the citation states. Authorities say O’Bryan was also found to
