Five people were rushed to hospital after a fire ripped through a block of flats in Glasgow's west end .
Emergency services were alerted to the fire on Hughenden Lane shortly after 10pm on Monday, October 20.
In total, nine appliances were sent to the scene as well as a high reach appliance. Crews then left the area after ensuring it was safe.
Pictures from the scene on Wednesday, October 22, show police tape surrounding the badly damaged block, with emergency crews still on the scene.
