An election conspiracy theorist and attorney for former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters published an open letter to Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold and Gov. Jared Polis pushing conspiracies about Dominion Voting Systems.

Peters was convicted of several felonies after improperly allowing an unauthorized person to enter a secure area of the Mesa County Elections Division in May 2021 to make copies of computer hard drives in search of election fraud, and misleading officials in the process.

Attorney John Case, the author of the letter, was part of Peters’ legal team during her trial.

Election officials across Colorado, including Griswold and Mesa County Clerk Bobbie Gross, have repeatedly said Colorado’s elections are safe and secure.
