EVANSTON, Ill. (WLS) -- There was a forceful takedown of a landscaper in the north suburbs Tuesday.

ABC7 Chicago blurred the man's face because it's not clear if he's been charged with any crimes.

He said his name is Carlos.

"There were three or four ICE agents on top of one man. After it all ended, I looked over and his landscaping truck was hanging open. His leaf blower was laying on the ground. He was just doing his job. And my guess is they just tackled him," said Aericka, who recorded the video.
