The first win saw the Troops mount a third-period rally to beat Barrie 4-3. One day later, a 2-0 lead early in the third evaporated quickly, and it took a shootout for North Bay to edge the Colts 3-2. Article content Article content

It’s the results that matter, no matter how you get to them. One surprise is that the Battalion’s first-year players are doing the bulk of the scoring and the veteran players have been very quiet.

The top line of Ethan Procyszyn, centring left-winger Shamar Moses and right-winger Lirim Amidovski has combined for just six goals total in the 9 games they have played.
