IDAHO, USA — On Tuesday, the University of Idaho’s College of Education, Health and Human Sciences (EHHS) announced its 2025 Vandal Outstanding Educator Award winners, including four North Idaho teachers.

Nominated by U of I students, these K-12 educators are being recognized for making a lasting impact, inspiring a love for learning, encouraging students to reach their full potential and shaping their personal and academic growth.

The six teachers will be recognized with a special halftime ceremony during the Vandal football game on Saturday, Oct. 25, at the P1FCU Kibbie Dome.

The teachers being recognized are as follows:

Monique Jensen (Parma School District)

Doug Richards (Potlatch Junior-Senior High School)
