McNicholas & Associates , a communications firm representing public and private companies, organizations, agencies and municipalities, has promoted two of its employees to key leadership roles.

The firm has elevated Ansley Seaton to Vice President of Communications and Megan Kuehhas to Director of Public Relations.

Seaton began working for the firm in 2019, distinguishing herself from Day 1 as a creative and strategic communicator.
