SAINT PAUL, Minn. — Shantel Magadanz and Heather Heim of Evergreen Recovery have pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud. Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison says this plea follows their involvement in a Medicaid fraud scheme that lasted several years.
