SAINT PAUL, Minn. — Shantel Magadanz and Heather Heim of Evergreen Recovery have pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud. Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison says this plea follows their involvement in a Medicaid fraud scheme that lasted several years. In December 2024, the U.S. Attorney’s Office indicted Magadanz, Heim, and Shawn Grygo, another leader at Evergreen, who has not pled guilty.
