DYKER HEIGHTS — The Dyker Heights Civic Association (DHCA), established in 1928 and one of the oldest civic organizations in Brooklyn, recently held its 97th annual dinner. It honored two individuals whose dedication, passion and service make their neighborhood a better place, according to DHCA President Joe Loccisano.
The event took place at Sirico’s Caterers the evening of Thursday, Oct. 9, before approximately 100 guests.
