Norfolk County council has adopted a Facilities Master Plan that will provide a strategic framework to guide future facilities planning, development and investment decisions.
Two years in the making, a facilities review looked at more than 120 facilities across 90 county-owned properties and determined more than a third of them are in poor or very poor condition and $155 million is required over the next 10 years just to maintain and not improve current service levels.

Consolidate administrative functions into owned buildings (Gilbertson, County Administration Building complex).
Retain Delhi Administration Building as a Paramedic Services headquarters and Service Norfolk counter in
