Many people avoid spooky places, even if they don’t believe in ghosts. A new poll shows which Georgia graveyards people are most afraid to visit alone after dark.

What’s Happening: A life insurance agency, Choice Mutual , asked Americans which cemetery they would be least prepared to enter by themselves at night.

What’s Important: Three Georgia locations were named the state’s most feared. Two are in Savannah and one is in Atlanta.

Georgia’s Scariest Spots:

#1: Bonaventure Cemetery, Savannah: This spot is known for its beautiful mossy oaks and marble statues. But visitors report strange feelings, like sudden cold drafts or humming sounds near the grave of a little girl named Gracie Watson.
