SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) - On November 4, voters in Saratoga Springs will be deciding who will run the Spa City. Democrat Michele Madigan is hoping it will be her.
Madigan has experience on both the city and county levels. She currently, is a Saratoga County Supervisor, and she previously was the city's Commissioner of Finance.
Madigan says one of her top priorities is to deal with the city's homeless population. She has issues with the recently passed camping ban.

For example, she adds, "to offer someone who's arrested under this no camping ban the option to use RISE services or some other services, community service."
