James Gunn Won't Bend His One Rule Even for Keanu Reeves

If Keanu Reeves asked me for anything, especially a sequel to Constantine , I would write him the fattest check he’s ever seen. Sure, it would immediately bounce, but it’s Keanu! James Gunn , on the other hand, is made of stronger stuff.

In his latest podcast appearance, Gunn confirmed to BobaTalks (via Deadline ) that he has been in “on and off” discussions with Keanu about a sequel to the now 20-year-old movie. While that sounds promising, Gunn stayed very on brand with one key statement. “But I have not read any script yet.”
