LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - The two victims in a Lexington double murder investigation shot each other according to a police investigation.

Officials say the shooting happened in the Village Drive area Monday morning .

Fayette County Coroner Gary Ginn identified the victims as 50-year-old Antwone Sanders and 54-year-old Roderick Clay.

Ginn Told WKYT that the victims suffered multiple gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene.

Lexington police say detectives learned that the individuals were engaged in a disorder when both of them shot each other.

Police say that no other parties are believed to have been involved in the shooting, and detectives are in the process of closing the investigation.
