WESTFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - After more than four months of work, Santiago’s Family Restaurant is back open to customers in Westfield. Back in June, a fire broke out in an adjacent apartment building that left one woman dead. Santiago’s closed their doors for repairs that were only thought to last a month. now, the Puerto Rican cuisine is back open for business on Franklin Street.
