CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Yaron Weitzman, author of “A Hollywood Ending, the Dreams and Drama of the LeBron Lakers” told 19 News he could see James returning to the Cavs next season.
It would be his 3rd stint with the Cavs, who drafted him #1 overall in 2003.
James, 40, is an unrestricted free agent after this season.
He’s making $52.6 million in the final year of his deal.
The Lakers project to be $101 million over the salary cap , which includes a $59.5 million cap hold for James.
This is also the final season of his son Bronny’s contract with the Lakers.
