LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
The Norton Sports and Learning Center is once again expanding its reach, five years after opening in the Russell neighborhood.
It's known for being a state-of-the-art track facility, showcasing top athletes, but at its core, the building is much more.
“That track inside tilts, but the playing field inside this center has never been more leveled,” said Russ Cox, CEO of Norton Healthcare.
From access to business opportunities, improving wellness, and cultivating community, since 2021, the complex has kept climbing and lifting people along the way.
On Wednesday, leaders announced new heights with additional athletic fields for soccer and flag football teams.
