Diddy reportedly nearly got his throat slit in prison.

The 55-year-old music mogul, who was sentenced to more than four years in prison on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, reportedly had a knife held to his throat.

Charlucci Finney , a friend of Diddy ‘s, told Daily Mail that during one of the mogul’s nights at Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, he woke up to a shiv being held at his throat.

Sources have confirmed the authenticity of the story to TMZ .

“He woke up with a knife to his throat,” he said to Daily Mail .

“I don’t know whether he fought him off or the guards came, I just know that it happened…if this guy had wanted to harm him, Sean would have been harmed. It would only take a second to cut his throat with a weapon and kill him,
