EASLEY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Easley Police Department reports The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating after an officer was involved in a crash on Wednesday.

Officials said the crash took place on U.S. Highway 123 near Rock Springs Road around 5:20 p.m.

The officer was not seriously injured in the crash and did not need to be taken to the hospital, according to officials.
