TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - Tucson Pride has announced a rescheduling of its 2025 Pride Parade and Festival from Nov. 22, 2025, to Feb. 21, 2026. This change aims to ensure a complete and secure celebration for the community.

The decision to move the event comes as Tucson Pride faces logistical challenges, including a date clash with the El Tour de Tucson, which also requires significant road closures and safety measures. Additionally, last year's heatwave affected attendance and revenue, leading to financial setbacks.

Jeff Fulgham, Tucson Pride Board President, emphasized the importance of the rescheduling.

“This move isn’t just about changing dates—it’s about ensuring Pride’s long-term sustainability,” said Fulgham.

Despite the date change, Tucson Pride will host smaller events this Nov.
