A Somerset man has been arrested on charges of sexual abuse of a minor female, according to the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office.

The arrest stemmed from an incident on October 4 when a female called Pulaski 911 to report that her daughter had been touched inappropriately by an adult male, according to the sheriff's office.
