A woman who was last seen at the scene of a crash on Northbourne Avenue in Braddon has been found.

ACT police put out a public appeal to locate the 51-year-old who was believed to be the driver of a vehicle involved in a two-car crash on Monday evening.

She was the only person in her car at the time of the crash and was last seen in Braddon about 6.30pm on October 20, a police spokeswoman said.

"[The woman] left the scene before police arrived," the spokeswoman said at the time.
