(FOX40.COM) — The California State University, Sacramento, addressed the safety concerns that many students brought up to FOX40 on Tuesday.
An email from Sac State's Office of the Dean of Students was sent to the university students at around 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday with the headline "Addressing Hornet Stadium safety concerns."
The email shared with students states the safety measures that have been implemented for the football games going forward.
Dr. Bill Hèbert, Jr., Associated Vice President and Dean of Students for Student Engagement and Success, stated the safety of students, staff, faculty and guests takes priority.
