Selling the sun: U.S. company is building satellite mirrors to keep solar farms operating after dark

Thousands of mirrors orbiting the earth could soon light up the night sky if a California startup gets permission from the U.S. government to launch an experimental satellite that would beam sunlight on solar farms at night.
