Real Housewives of Potomac star Wendy Osefo is claiming she was unlawfully arrested as she and her husband, Eddie Osefo , face fraud charges .

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly , Osefo’s legal team has asked that all charges against her be dismissed, arguing there were “defects in the charging document.” The reality star is also seeking to suppress evidence and statements, alleging that they were obtained through an “unlawful search or seizure” and “illegal interception” of communications.

“All admissions, statements, or confessions should be excluded because they were unlawfully obtained,” Osefo's attorney wrote in the filing.
